With 2020 coming to an end, many a business professional is thinking about budgets and that includes HR. A recent survey from the HR Exchange Network shows that a significant portion of HR professionals are expecting to lose budget in 2021. 

Among other challenges, HR is also focusing on employee wellness, mental health and coaching than ever before. In this episode, HR Exchange Network editor David Rice sits down with author of HR on Purpose Steve Browne to dig into some of the challenges he’s seen firsthand and what he sees coming down the road. We also chat about his latest book “HR Rising.”
